Join us for a pure Pilates weekend retreat in the beautiful hamlet of Little Dartmouth, South Devon. The retreat home is a period south facing coastal property, 6 twin rooms (can be double) ALL with sea views. A weekend filled with Pilates on the Mat or the Reformer, Private sessions with or without the equipment: Cadillac or Chair. Massages, coastal walks, kayak or paddleboarding at the local award winning beach of Blackpool Sands. Wholesome and nutritious food put together by our in-house chef. Relax in the garden under the stars, take a cold plunge or sauna at the house, unwind in the orangery or take stroll on the South West Coast Path with access just 2 minutes from the house. Leave the hustle and bustle behind and spend 3 glorious days in the fresh air and countryside, views as far as the eye can sea! See what I did there?
