Darren Hayman's "Pint & Paints" Class - June 30th in South London

Darren Hayman is an acclaimed musician/songwriter (Hefner / The French / New Starts) and artist. He'll be teaching a "Pint and Paints" class at South London's Three Hounds Bar & Brewery on June 30th.
Darren welcomes all experience levels, including complete beginners: "Forget what you've said, about 'I can't paint,' anyone can paint. This is a game of bluff, there's no such thing as a mistake, if it's 'good' or 'bad' is irrelevant, I want you to unlock all the fun and relaxation from painting that I have."

Per the venue:
After painting a Lego Space Man on one of our exhibition beer mats Darren was inspired to find beer mats from the 70's & 80's and draw birds on them. Darren explains in his book birds painted on beer mats, "The choice of beer mat and bird may seem arbitrary and often is, though sometimes a connection can be made between the two. Colour theory and composition can often be a decider; for whatever reason it seems right that there should be a long-tailed tit on a Courage beer mat". Our Pints & Paints Sessions is aimed to be relaxing, fun and casual, this is for people picking up a paint brush for the first time to artists wanting to learn a different discipline. Tickets are just £22 including fees and this gets you a two hour session, a complementary drink on arrival and you get to take your art work home with you. Cask Club Discount available on tickets. You must be a Three Hounds Cask Club Member and will be asked to show you membership card on the night.

Drop Project x Three Hounds - Stitch / 4.0% Gluten-Free Hazy Pale
Drop Project - Strike / 4.2% Gluten-Free Lager
Anspach & Hobday - London Black / 4.4% Gluten-Free Nitro Porter
Cloudwater - Fresh / 0.5% Alcohol-Free Pale Ale
Crafty Blends - Crafty Apple / 4.5% Cider
Cask Ale - Various
Casa Del Arco - Tinto / 12% Red Wine

Please note that our downstairs seating area does not have step free access and can only be accessed by a flight of 14 steps.
