With 20 years of pastry chef experience up my sleeve, I'll be sharing my favourite tips and tricks in the most laid-back, laugh-filled way possible. Think: great vibes, a little mess, a lot of toppings, and zero pressure. We'll bake, chat, and have a brilliant time creating something genuinely delicious together.


No perfection required — just bring your enthusiasm, energy, and (yes!) your favourite drinks, because this is a BYOB event! Whether it's wine, beers, or bubbles, crack it open and let's make something amazing. 🥂✨
