Darlington County 4-H Presents CRAFT NIGHT

Use this event as the template for pulling order forms for mapping CUMIS data. The first three demographic questions in the order form are mandatory for reporting and cannot be changed. The other questions regaring age and county are yours to use, edit, or remove as desired.

Refund statement: Full payment is due upon registration. No refunds will be issued within three weeks of the start of the event.

Current 4-H membership is not required for particiaption in this event, but you must preregister.

Custodial Care: Please note that this event and its coordinators do not assume custodial care of youth in attendance. Adults (parents, guardians, volunteers, coaches, or chaperones) must be present for the supervision of youth participants.

Youth must be approved, enrolled members in 4HOnline with South Carolina 4-H Youth Development to attend this event. This is a custodial care event. Only adult chaperones and invited facilitators approved to be at the event will be allowed onsite during this event. Youth must be signed in and signed out by a parent/guardian or designated representative.
