Step into the mysterious world of nature after dark with our Dark Wings Youth Program! This unique outdoor adventure invites young explorers to discover the wonders of the natural world when the sun goes down. During this guided program, participants will learn about nocturnal animals, night sky, and the fascinating adaptations that help creatures thrive in the dark. Through activities like wildlife tracking, stargazing, and listening to night sounds, kids will experience nature in a whole new light (or lack of light!).
Darkwings is designed to spark curiosity and appreciation for the often-overlooked nighttime ecosystems, all while emphasizing safety, observation, and environmental stewardship. This program is perfect for youth who want to step outside of their comfort zone and connect with nature in a fun and educational way. Best suited for student ages 9-12 years. Cost: $15.
