Join Pompey Darkroom for a relaxed, beginner-friendly introduction to darkroom printing. This session focuses on learning how to use enlargers and create prints from your negatives, with an emphasis on experimentation, curiosity, and hands-on discovery.

Led by facilitator and photographer Thomas Betts, the workshop begins with a short recap of the previous session before introducing the fundamentals of darkroom printing.

During the session, you will:

• Learn how to set up and use an enlarger
• Understand the chemical process and safe handling procedures
• Create a contact sheet from your negatives
• Experiment with test strips to control exposure
• Produce your own black & white prints

All materials will be provided. Please wear practical clothing suitable for a workshop environment.

This workshop is for adults 18+ and there are very limited spaces.
