🌀DARK YOGA is an experience with giant gongs, drones, singing bowls & breathwork, and sensory deprivation We will approach these ideas through the lens of yoga, and the “dark Goddesses” such as Kali.
This is an invitation to explore & actively integrate shadows and the shadows of our ancestors, with the help of our plant medicine teachers.
🌘Together we will be honoring, night, DARKNESS and shadows, We will dive into mystery & dreams. We celebrate the seeds that NEED darkness and dark rich soil to germinate. We celebrate the darkness of the womb of all creation.

Thematic DARK Yoga and breathwork concert with giant gongs, live instruments & dark drone. A guided journey deep into the womb of creation and back into your skin in the here and now.
As we embark on this vibrational healing journey, with many giant gongs, and a long deep sound bath, we will feel into our shadows and embrace the darkness and the balance of nature. Nature is within.
Feel into your body, mind and spirit as the days get shorter and darker with yin & SLOW yoga, AND go deeper into our minds with guided transcendental breath work.
Our practice will be about progressive darkness in balance with the light in our hearts.
This will be literal, as the room will become darker and darker and we will be using blindfolds to go even deeper into sensory deprivation, to heighten our other senses to feel into light, vibration, healing. And it will be figurative, as you are guided on your own creative journey aided by the soundscape and the use of an optional blindfold to go deeper.
Expect a giant long yummy gong bath. Many giant gongs and multiple sound healers with various instruments to 5D landscape sensation.
