Dark Wave Yoga is one of our unique vinyasa classes set to dark and melancholy sounds of new wave, post-punk, gothic, industrial, alt rock music, reggae, hip-hop or music inspired by cult figures & films. Everyone is welcome. Be prepared to rock the body & mind. DWY can be challenging to newer students, but accessible and really fun! Come and enjoy the ride and become a Lucky Cat & Darkwaver all in one night!
We believe Vinyasa is the most adaptable type of yoga, and all our vinyasa classes are designed to guide our students towards accessing new ways of feeling, breathing and moving.
