Dark Therapy Shop Hosts New Year Vision Board Creation Workshop

Starting the new year off on the right footing can mean a whole world of difference when it comes to setting your intentions, goals, resolutions and affirmations for the new year ahead. Here at Dark Therapy we are all about creating that positive mind set for you to be able to achieve those goals, and keep them in place too by creating a strong support network of like minded people who share the same passions.

Going into 2025 we will be running our first Vision Board Creation Workshop on Sunday 19th January. This event is limited in space for six people to attend and tickets will be available either via Eventbrite or at the shop in person.

The itinerary for the day is as follows

Arrival welcome with Tea, Coffee and Biscuits
Group Introductions and group meditation to set the mood for the group with a grounding and protection exercise, we will also extend this meditation further than we do at our regular Full Moon Group sessions to allow you to recieve messages and communication from your spirit guide to help you with your vision board.
Vision Board Creation begins - using the materials available to you, create your ideal vision board. Guidance from staff will be available throughout and will help you write affirmations and goals you can include in your vision board.
During the session, our resident Tarot Reader, Kaiden, will perform a one to one tarot session with everyone to help answer questions they have for the new year.
At the end of the session you will be given a set of crystal tumble stones to help you into the new year and a pack of incense for you to use to help meditate or clense your space.
We will close the session with a short group meditation again to close off any connection to any outside spirit connections and recieve healing as required for those that need it.

Tickets are £35 which includes refreshments, all materials for the vision board Creation, your Tarot read and gift bag of crystals and incense at the end to take away with your completed vision board.
