The final days of the Moon Cycle are called the Dark Moon. This is a time for release. Emotions and Old Beliefs and Patterns get stuck in the body. We will use movement, breathwork, and vocalizations to locate and release stuck energies. We will connect with the Element of Water to cleanse and renew our connections and purpose.Open to all levels, bodies and ability levels. No prior experience or initiation necessary.
