Level: Advanced beginner and up
Pre-Requisites/Bring: Must be able to get in to a jasmine off the ground, inverts a plus. Shoes required, boots highly recommended but sandals are ok as well. Kneepads required for most moves
Learn a variety of show stopping, jaw dropping and mind bending moves that will be sure to add that extra bang to your routine. We will go over a little of everything hardstyle including flips, drops, twist and threads and more.
