•Phase Three - Minutiae - 2025: Malört 🐻
(The only keg in existence outside of the brewery!)
Brewery notes;
“This one-off expression of Minutiae rested for 45 months in a single cask that first held bourbon before being filled with Jeppson’s Malört. Extended time in oak brought deep notes of chocolate, oak, and vanilla, while the Malört layer introduced a sharp wormwood bitterness and herbal edge. The result is familiar Minutiae richness shaped by a singular cask — complex, dark, and unlike any before it.”

“Our yearly release that looks back at previous year's barrel aged beer. This year's Cuvee Blend is a delicious mix of Bourbon Barrel Aged Barleywine, Bourbon Barrel Aged Russian Imperial Stout, Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout and a Rye Barrel Aged Quad.”

“Our Pillar of Beasts Barleywine, brewed with salted Caramel and vanilla, then aged for 12 months in bourbon barrels with toasted coconut added.”
