Enter the chamber.This Dark Ambient Sound Bath is not a concert, nor a passive meditation- it is a descent. A ritual space where sound becomes threshold and the unseen is invited to speak.
Traditional sound baths often bathe participants in tones of serenity and light. While soothing, they leave the shadow unacknowledged. This work turns toward what is usually avoided. Here, the primal self is not silenced, it is welcomed, witnessed, and released.
The theme for this evening is Exorcism. Through guided descent and charged breath, a shadow-form is conjured- an adversary shaped from what must be cast out. At the ritual’s apex, the form is shattered by a unified primal scream, its remnants dissolved into live dark ambient sound, carried beyond the threshold.
Participants may encounter emotional release, visceral sensation, inner visions, or wordless knowing. Each journey is personal. Nothing is forced. Everything is invited.

Elena Ro Wegmann is an artist and musician residing in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Elena creates experimental sound and percussion in her solo project Fear of Death.
For 8 years she has curated shows for KUNM Public Radio, showcasing local musicians and providing public entertainment in New Mexico. She DJs under the name Roselight in Albuquerque's Arts & Culture district and specializes in gallery music curation.
Lauren Davis is a visceral, ritual performance artist utilizing movement and pain rites to explore the depths of our own shadows, unearth the subconscious and work within primal, ecstatic and altered states of consciousness. Lauren founded Dark Ambient Sound Bath, a darker, jungian approach to sound healing and meditation in 2015. She performs under "Sui Generis Magicka", which offers ritual experiences, provisions, tools and workshops in addition to performance art.
