Lisa develops and implements innovative and targeted strategic, leadership, organizational, and operational solutions for higher education, academic medical centers, healthcare, technology, and nonprofit organizations. She is passionate about helping individuals and teams resolve conflict, work through misunderstandings, improve overall communication, resulting in improved individual, team, and organizational performance.
