Dargaville Community Garden - Kumarani Circus, 15 Onslow Street
Join us for a morning of hands-on learning and community connection. In this interactive composting workshop, you’ll discover how to turn your food scraps and garden waste into rich, living soil that feeds your garden and reduces waste. Great if you're new to composting or want to deepen your knowledge, this is an opportunity to build practical skills for a more sustainable lifestyle. We will cover compost, worm farming and bokashi systems.
We’ll finish with a shared meal, so please bring a plate of kai to contribute. It’s a chance to connect with others and celebrate the mahi being done in our community.
