Based on Dr. Brené Brown's 20+ years of research on courage, vulnerability, trust, and resilience, this immersive 3-day experience help you build the inner and relational skills that strong leadership actually requires.

• Navigate hard conversations with more clarity, confidence, and effectiveness.
• Be clear on your core values and know how to actually live them under pressure.
• Build trust more intentionally with your team, peers, and stake holders.

• Lead with more grounded confidence, clarity, self-trust, and stronger leadership presence.
• Applly practical tools immediately in meetings, feedback conversations, and team dynamics.

You'll learn and practice Brené Brown's four coure courage skill sets:

1. Rumbling with Vulnerability: Learn how to stay present and grounded in hard conversations, feedback, conflict, and uncertainty - instead of armoring up or shutting down.
2. Living into Your Values: Clarify what truly matters to you and how to align your decisions, boundaries, and leadership behaviors with those values.
3. BRAVING Trust: Understand what actually builds (and breaks) trust, and how to strengthen it intentionally in your relationships and teams.
4. Learning to Rise: Develop the resilience skills to recover from setbacks, mistakes, and failures without losing your confidence and courage.

This is highly interactive and experiential, not passive learning. Expect reflection, discussion, practical application, and meaningful connection with other leaders.
