Dinosaurs have always fascinated us, ever since we started pulling their fossils out of the ground--evidence of the giant reptiles that once ruled our planet. But what IS a dinosaur exactly, and how do paleontologists go about finding them?
Join the Dinosaur Discovery Museum Curator and Lab Supervisor, Nick Wiersum, Tuesday, July 14 at 1 pm, for a fun and exciting discussion about dinosaurs, where we find them, and the different tools and techniques used to excavate their fossils.
Learn about some of the most interesting discoveries that have been made by the crew, and even get hands on with both real fossils and fossil casts. This talk is suitable for all ages!
