If you didn’t know, as an aside to my artistic practise, I organise workshops for international artists!
I know not all my emails are getting through to my mailing list, so I’m sharing details of this workshop here.
The most important details are:
Canadian Artist Danny Ferland is coming to do a 5-day Portrait Workshop in Liverpool in February 2026.
The dates are hopefully the 16th - 20th Feb. The cost of this workshop is £650.
Accommodation in Liverpool is plentiful and meets every pocket, so the workshop is hopefully accessible to all.
Danny is a renowned teacher of portrait painting, and has a semi-classical approach. However, his paint application and use of colour tiling imbues his work with a more contemporary style.
