📌 IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GUESTS

• Entry is subject to venue/event guidelines.

• Guests are requested to carry a valid ID proof if required by the venue.

• Children should remain under the supervision of their parents/guardians.

• Please follow the designated areas for dancing, dining and shopping.

• Outside food and beverages may not be permitted inside the venue.

• Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and follow venue safety rules.

• Parking is subject to availability and venue parking rules.

• The event may include photography/video recording for promotional purposes.

• Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry in case of inappropriate behaviour or violation of event rules.

📜 TERMS & CONDITIONS – STALL PARTICIPANTS

1. Stall booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the applicable payment.
2. Stall allocation will be at the sole discretion of the organisers.
3. Stall bookings are subject to availability and are limited to 50 stalls.
4. Stall charges are for the selected setup/package only.
5. Any additional requirements will be chargeable separately, if applicable.
6. Participants must maintain cleanliness and hygiene at their stall.
7. Participants are responsible for their own products, stock, cash, equipment and belongings.
8. The organiser will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to participant property.
9. Participants must comply with all applicable venue rules and safety regulations.
10. Any food stall must comply with applicable food-safety requirements and permissions.
11. Participants must not sell prohibited, illegal or unauthorised products.
12. Stall setup and dismantling must be completed within the timings specified by the organisers.
13. Subletting or transferring the stall to another participant is not permitted without prior approval.
14. The organiser reserves the right to modify stall allocation or event arrangements when required.
15. The organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, venue restrictions, government regulations or force majeure.
16. In case of event cancellation/rescheduling, the applicable refund/adjustment policy will be communicated by the organisers.
17. The organiser's decision regarding stall allocation and event management shall be final.
