"This is a beginner-level adventure in which the party is entrusted to the seemingly simple task of escorting a small caravan of pilgrims along the High-Road from Kapital, the glowing cosmopolitan gem of the realm. In an interesting contrast, their intended destination is a small, dull, agrarian village of Spring Green – one inhabited by equally dull folk. Each of you, seeing a cut-and-dry opportunity for some easy coin, eagerly signed to the innocuous guard job knowing very little about Spring Green, except that it is home to a rapidly growing temple and newly established monastery, both dedicated to a newly founded faith in a goddess known only as Fortuna – the faithful call themselves the Good-Fortuned. Rumor has it the newly established religion has seen increased tensions as the locals are cautious of their new neighbors, some conflicts even escalating to some traveling faithful to be thrown out of local inns and taverns; nonetheless, the small village has seen immense travel and traffic (and subsequent revenue). ..."
