A monthly opportunity to relax, rebalance and restore mind, body and soul, lying down in the powerful soundscapes of the gong.This is a group session run by sound healer Ashley Ward (Dancing Tree) with the aim to bring you deep relaxation and healing through the sounds and vibrations of the Gongs, other instruments and voice. The location for the session is:
Ammanford Pensioners' Hall

The hall has plenty of parking on site.
What do I do: all you need to do is come along ready to relax and let go of any tensions, and allow the sounds do their thing as you lie in deep relaxation on your mat on the floor. The session is around an hour long and you will be guided throughout.
What to bring: things to be comfortable on the floor.
- [ ] A comfortable mat to lay on
- [ ] Blanket
- [ ] Pillow for under the head
- [ ] Pillow or bolster for under the legs, and anything else to make you comfortable
- [ ] Some users find an eye mask to help them relax deeply, but this is not essential
It can also be good to bring water and a snack for after.
It is recommended that if you have any of the following conditions that you check with a doctor before coming along:

- [ ] Are pregnant
