Dancing Your Depths is an intentional and imaginative movement practice (sometimes called "conscious dance") where we sink deep into self-expression and creative expansion, supported by a curated and varied menu of music.
There are no steps or choreography, but the practice is scaffolded by a loose framework that serves as a container for our explorations. Metaphors, somatic prompts, and imagery and imagination are all tools used to find new ways to tap into our deepest and most expansive self.
No dancing experience is necessary—only an open mind and curiosity about what moves you.

Cost is $15 per person. Pay at the door with cash or Venmo.
