Dancing with Waves

🌀 Join us for an open-air free-form dance gathering where the sound of the waves, the warmth of the rising sun, and the softness of the sand create the perfect setting for connection and movement
🌀There are no steps to learn and no experience required
🌀This is an invitation to move freely, express yourself authentically, and welcome the day in community with others
🌀 Feel the sand between your toes, the sea breeze on your skin and the rhythm of the music guiding your body

🌀 We will start and end in meditation and with focus on the element of water. During the dance, we will feel into the other elements 🌀

After the dance, you are invited to stay for a cup of tea or coffee and some snacks. Please bring your own cup and if you can, a thermo with hot water, as well as a little snack to share with the group.
Maybe we go for a swim together 🌊
