Dancing with Money: A Journey into Receiving
Thursday, July 16, 2026 | 5:30–8:30pm | Mill Bay

What if your relationship with money could feel more like a dance than a struggle?
Many of us have been taught to approach money through effort, strategy, and control. Yet beneath our financial decisions often live deeper experiences such as our capacity to receive, trust, feel safe, and allow support into our lives.
This special collaboration brings together reflection, embodiment, movement, and sound to explore money from a different perspective.
Ekaterina Thomas is a CPA with over 25 years of experience in finance and a money coach who helps women create a healthier, more supportive relationship with money. Throughout her career, she has guided individuals and businesses through financial decisions, but over time she discovered that money is rarely just about numbers. The emotions we experience around money often shape our financial choices far more than we realize.
One of the ideas that inspires her work is that money is not simply a tool. It is a lifelong relationship. Just like any meaningful relationship, the quality of that connection can influence how we feel, what we allow ourselves to receive, and how supported we feel in life.
Adeline brings her passion for movement, sound, and embodied self-expression. Through dance, voice, and sound, she creates spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, access inner wisdom, and experience greater freedom, flow, and authenticity. Her approach invites participants to move beyond thinking and into feeling, expression, and presence, allowing insights to be experienced not only in the mind, but throughout the whole body.
Because knowledge may inform us, but it is through embodiment and experience that it becomes wisdom.
Together, we invite you to explore money through the metaphor of water—its flow, resistance, stillness, and abundance—and then embody those insights through guided reflection, movement, sound, and dance.
Throughout the evening, sound and vibration will support the journey, helping to deepen awareness, soften old patterns, and create space for a more open relationship with receiving.
You will experience what becomes possible when money is approached not as something to control and manage, but as a relationship to nurture.
This evening is an invitation to soften, reflect, move, sound, and explore your relationship with receiving in a supportive and welcoming environment. No dance experience is necessary—only curiosity and a willingness to discover something new about yourself.
We look forward to dancing with you.
