Enjoy free-movement dance and connecting with nature through movement ?
‘Dancing the elements’ - EARTH.
Held in the majestic ancient woodland Chambers Farm Wood, we'll experience connecting with Earth through movement.

Connecting to the rhythms, each other and nature through movement and dance. Together with a suggestively elemental music journey and creative visualisations inspired by Nature you will be guided into the experience of the subtle qualities which Earth creates within us. Using wireless headsets (provided) for an immersive music experience.

Free-movement dance in nature is a light-hearted way to become more embodied through letting Nature speak through your body. Simply move as much or little as you want - however you feel.

This experience will give you new perspectives on movement and your experience of the Elements in Nature as an inspiration for creative self-expression and everyday life.

We'll start the session taking some time to share ideas about the qualities of Earth and how we can see them expressed in Nature.

We'll meet at the car park (full details provided on booking) and walk for a few mins to the dancing spot in the woods.
