‘Dancing the elements’ - AIR
Held on a beautiful seascape, we'll experience connecting with Air through movement.
Connecting to the rhythms, each other and nature through movement and dance. Together with a suggestively elemental music journey and creative visualisations inspired by Nature you will be guided into the experience of the subtle qualities which Water creates within us. Using wireless headsets (provided) for an immersive music experience.

Free-movement dance in nature is a light-hearted way to become more embodied through letting Nature speak through your body. Simply move as much or little as you want - however you feel.

This experience will give you new perspectives on movement and your experience of the Elements in Nature as an inspiration for creative self-expression and everyday life.

We'll start the session taking some time to share ideas about the qualities of Air and how we can see them expressed in Nature.
