We are Back!!!

Happy New Year!!! We are very excited to re start Dancing Roots - The African-Caribbean Diasporic Dance and social meet for mature people.

This is a Dance class like no other. Playing host to feel good and positive vides only. Using a vibrant mix of West African, Caribbean - UK creativity, The dance experience guarantees to uplift and invigorate you and we also welcome new people to join our community.

The studio has easy access and is on the ground floor.

Every Saturday from 14th Februrary 2026 - Saturday 11th April 12.30pm - 1.30pm.

Some classes are accompanied by live drumming.

Dancing Roots is delivered by award-winning Keneish Dance. Keneish Dance believes that freedom of expression comes through dance and culture and that everybody has the right to be in touch with their own mind, body and spirit.
