This evening is an invitation to connect with your feminine power and feel fully alive.
A night to explore, express, and reclaim every part of yourself.
Through somatic movement, breath and sound, we invite you to:

There is no choreography. This is free movement — gently guided by prompts and led by your own body.

💫How the evening flows
Sara will be begin with a guided meditation, then transition into a somatic dance journey accompanied by a curated soundscape by our DJ Breeezy. The evening closes with journaling and space for reflection and integration.
Everything is optional. You are invited to move in your own way, at your own pace. Every part of you is welcome.
Set in an intimate space at The Button Factory. Creating a cozy, supportive, and transformative environment is important to us.
💫 What is Somatic Dance?
Somatic Dance is a free-form, guided journey into your body. A space to reconnect, explore, and celebrate the joy of movement without judgement.
With gentle guidance, we begin by tuning into sensations, noticing how your body feels, and connecting with yourself from the inside out. It’s an invitation to move beyond the mind, release any “right” or “wrong” way to dance, and discover your own unique expression.
Somatic Dance is about listening to your body and letting it move the way it wants to. It’s not about learning steps or looking a certain way - it’s about feeling, exploring, and expressing yourself through movement. Your sensations, emotions, and energy guide you, while gentle prompts help you dive deeper into your own flow.
✨ About Sara
Sara is a somatic movement facilitator and heels teacher who weaves embodiment and feminine expression into the spaces she holds.
Her work explores aspects of femininity - strength, softness, power, confidence, passion and fire. She invites you to reconnect with what it means to be fully in your body, unapologetically, and to celebrate every part of who you are.

Breeezy is a somatic dance facilitator and DJ who invites authenticity, freedom, and play to unfold on the dance floor. With a presence that blends depth with light-hearted curiosity, she creates spaces where movement becomes a pathway to self-discovery and joy.
Guided by trusting the body’s wisdom and the rhythm of the moment, Breeezy encourages dancers to meet themselves just as they are — raw, real, and alive.
