Diana facilitates Dancing Freedom 3rd Sat of Month in North Narrabeen,Billarong reserve community Hall, Overlooking Narrabeen lake with easy parking off Wakehurst Parkway, lakeside Surrounded by nature, with the option to dance outside around a fire. Dancing Freedom is a Free Form Conscious Medicine Dance. Taking you on an Elemental Wave Dance through Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether. Each element provides a unique lens through which participants can explore their physicality, emotions, passions and spiritual dimensions. By embracing the elements, dancers are invited to embark on a holistic journey self-discovery & healing, with invitations to release limitations, connect deeply to self and others, celebrating the diverse tapestry of human experience. Ultimately, with the integration of these elemental themes with conscious movement, creates transformation, fostering a space for liberation, connection ;and authentic connection.
