Dancing for the Dream is our signature fund-raising event (a mock Dancing with the Stars). It raises money and awareness focused on building the dreams for north Iowans with disabilities. Dreams that we can all appreciate like belonging, living independently, working, and connecting with friends and family. Proceeds stay in north Iowa to support our mission: Helping people with disabilities find their way through home, employment, and community experiences.🌟 Meet the 2025 Dancing for the Dream Star Dancers! 🌟
We’re so excited to reveal the incredible individuals who will grace the dance floor on April 5th at the Surf Ballroom to support 43 North Iowa’s mission! 💃🕺

• Kelby Schultz – Mason City Chamber of Commerce, with Jenn Pope – Roots Nutrition Counseling & More
• Kelly Grunhovd – Prairie Ridge Integrated Behavioral Healthcare, with Andy Grunhovd – TruStile Doors
• Ashley Brodersen – Arbonne, with her daughter, Lila – Newman Catholic High School Student
• Mike Bahnsen – Clear Lake Bank & Trust, with June Bahnsen – GHV High School
• Ahna Larson – Blush Salon & Spa, with Carter Kline – NuCara
• Kaitlyn Ausborn – Cerro Gordo Asst. County Attorney, with Kendal Ausborn – Roosevelt Elementary School
• Jerry Gatton – Newman Catholic School, with Sarah Staudt – Mason City Schools
✨ This year’s lineup features community leaders, educators, business professionals, and dynamic duos ready to bring the energy and talent to the dance floor.
