Dear dancing friends! Many of you know that I run a Winter Swimming Club Lennusulps. I am inviting you to come check it out and do your first cold swim - and possibly start your cold journey!
We did a similar event 2 years ago, after which we formed an "Ice-ice Bachata" group with ~10 people who started actively swimming.
Lennusulps has been doing First Sulps Trainings for 3 years and 500+ people have done their first cold swim with us. The training consists of the following parts:
1) Theory: The mechanisms of our body to manage cold exposure and how to train these abilities
2) Practical know-how: How to get in the water and stay there + additional tips
3) Your first assisted cold swim with a sauna to warm up after.
Please bring with you:
Swimsuit
Towel
Flip Flops
Warm hat
