This one-day intensive is designed for reviewing, deepening, and integrating Balboa and Bal-Swing material from past DanceMode workshops. Think of it as a guided practice day: focused, supportive, and rich with detail.
This workshop is ideal for returning DanceMode students and intermediate / advanced dancers who want time to refine technique, reconnect with material, and let things really land in the body.
We’ll balance structured guidance with plenty of practice time, plus space for questions, exploration, and connection. A shared potluck will give us time to refuel and socialize mid-day.
Preliminary Schedule (subject to change):
🕛 12:00–14:00 — Pure Bal: footwork, rhythms, styling & musicality
🥗 14:00–15:00 — Lunch / Potluck
🕒 15:00–17:00 — Bal-Swing technique & combinations
