DanceFit Weekly Sessions January - February Schedule Join us every Thursday from 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM at the Halcombe Memorial Hall for DanceFit! (Sessions will run weekly unless otherwise advised due to public holidays or availability.)
Entry: $5 per person
What is DanceFit?
DanceFit is a high-energy workout that combines fun, music, and movement to get your heart pumping and your body moving. While it's designed to be lively and invigorating, there are different intensity levels to suit everyone. Whether you’re a seasoned DanceFit'er or a beginner, you can tailor the workout to your pace. Adaptations are also available to accommodate all abilities, ensuring everyone can join in and enjoy.
