Join Jayne and friends for a dance workout class! She will take you through the steps of super fun, upbeat pop hits to boost your mood, confidence, and energy! It's only $20. Hosted at the community room in Lexington Estates apartments in Sioux Falls, on Marion Road, just off 57th St (main entrance is straight across from the Lie-brary. Keep straight and drive to the very back of the complex to find the 5107 entrance.) Wear exercise clothes and shoes. Bring a water bottle. Dancing is low impact, moderate intensity. Modify as needed. Just cut loose and do you! The whole point is to have fun while you move so you want to COME BACK and do it again! Can't wait to dance with you.
