Energy work practices to enhance your connection with Self and grow your inner spark – empowering exercises to assist in walking through life with confidence, peace, and authenticity! Energy work includes getting in touch with your personal energy, shielding exercises, shadow work, chakra work, grounding and centering, applied kinesiology, meditation and journeying, cord cutting, and many more topics! Starts November 13, 2024; 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. once a month for six months. You choose which sessions to attend!
Pre-registration is required - cost is $55 per person per session or all six for $297 (savings of 10%!).
