Dance With Your Creative Self

Expressive Therapies use movement and somatic awareness as the means for processing the self and psyche. Come spend some time with your Inner Creative Self and see what this wise part has to offer you. Circument the limitations of the thinking mind and access deeper truths of the body and soul using your non-dominant hand. Techniques created by Lucia Capacchione Phd ATR REAT, facilitated by Ashley Smith MS LMFT RYT200. This will be over an hour of playful, directed personal processing with no sharing and no talent needed. All materials provided, appropriate for anyone 16 and up.

Spring Equinox Full Festival Pass ($77)

A full festival pass will allow you to access a full day of sessions on Saturday, March 21st and access to the MyoYin Yoga with Sound Healing on Friday, March 20th.

Spring Equinox Half Day Festival Pass ($44)

A half day pass will give you access to 3 sessions of your choosing on Saturday, March 21st.

Spring Equinox Drop-In ($22)

Join the class(es) of your choosing for Saturday, March 21st at the discounted class rate.
