Research shows the importance of keeping active while managing the symptoms associated with Parkinson's. And dancing is fun at the same time!
Run by Sarah, our Community Dance Lead, the Tewkesbury group runs on Tuesdays (NB apart from school holidays so please keep an eye on this page for term dates.) Join us and you will soon see how attending each session helps with your balance, posture, fluidity of movement. An added bonus is the social side - including dedicated time at the end of each session for refreshments and chat.
New dancers can benefit from an introductory offer of TWO free sessions. Thereafter classes cost £5.
Whilst it can be daunting joining something new, please feel free to come with a partner or friend (who is welcome to join in) at no extra cost.
NB Classes also run in Winchcombe at 2pm on Mondays.
