In this workshop, instructor La Dame Derriere will break down secrets and techniques to capture an audience, no dance skills required!Wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in, a notetaking device, heels optional, and a water bottle.

Are you ready to slow it down? Join La Dame Derriere for a step back into a dark, underground jazz club. This workshop will give you a taste of film noir femme fatale, and teach you how to lure the audience into your perfectly manicured claws.In this choreo-based class, we’ll be focusing on stage presence, slinky movements, and eye-fuckery. Wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in, heels optional, and a water bottle.

La Dame Derrière is a potent mix of sensuality, soft curves, and sapphic angst. This fiery femme has traveled all over North America snatching crowns and stealing girlfriends. She’s the current reigning Miss Viva Las Vegas, as well as a title holder at three other festivals (and counting). Their work is for the gays and theys, centering queer art and bringing the drama from a background in opera and drag.
