Conscious dance is part free form dance and part relaxation. It promotes creative self-expression, has some great health benefits and is for everyone to enjoy.This is a safe and inclusive space to move and dance while having the opportunity to relax, stretch and be your true self.There are no steps to learn, instead there will be minimal guidance to help you during the session.Bring water, a small blanket, socks or dance barefoot and wear comfy clothes move in, even if that includes sparkles.This initiative has the support of Creative Communities NZ.Koha entry - pay what you feel is fair for our time together.
