This event is lovingly facilitated by two passionate grief tenders and joy enthusiasts. Carla H. Brown, a transformational coach and an award-winning laughter professional, and Karen Mehringer, an author and former grief therapist, bring nearly 50 years of combined experience guiding individuals and groups through deep healing and embodied transformation. With compassionate hearts and a shared passion for helping others navigate grief, liberate emotions, and reclaim joy, they create a supportive space for movement, connection, and renewal.
