Learn to Dance with Strictly Champion Flavia!Dance With Flavia is back in Dartmouth with another exclusive dance workshop (no partner needed). We will be looking at a different dance style in each class and work through a routine focusing on steps and technique.
We will look at a different dance style each month.
The 11-12pm class will be beginners and the 12-1pm class will be intermediate. If you are not sure which class you should book into please read the notes below.
11am Beginners Class
This class is ideal for complete beginners or for people with little dance or dance/fitness experience. This class is also suitable for people who may have danced before but are happy to take more time over steps and technique. The music may well sometimes be of a slightly slower pace.
12pm Intermediate Class
This class is ideal for people with dance or dance/fitness experience. In this class Flavia will be covering more steps and the class will generally move forward at a quicker pace.
If you are still unsure which class to attend the advice would always be to book into the 11am class and move up the month after if necessary.
