This month, we are slowing it down with some sexy chair-ography! Wear whatever shoes you feel comfortable in, whether that heels or even just your bare feet! Also, I always have modifications for all of my movements so I can make sure the dance is feeling good in everyone's bodies! Come dance and have fun in a safe queer space!
