Dance Wave Meditation

Welcome to Dance Wave Meditation! Join us at Satsang Yoga for a transformative event that combines movement, music, and mindfulness. Let go of your inhibitions and dance freely in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space. Connect with your body, mind, and spirit as you move through the 5 stages of the dance wave: flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical, and stillness. This event is a unique opportunity to release stress, express yourself, and experience a deep sense of inner peace. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or new to free-form dance, all are welcome to come together and create a powerful energy through movement and meditation. Only YOU can dance your dance! See you on the dance floor!

Everyone is welcome. Come alone or bring a friend.

Dance starts at 7pm - doors open 6:45pm.

Optional: Intro complimentary class - 6:30 to 6:45. If you're new to the Dance Wave or free form conscious dance
