Dancing In The Dark -- A blacklight only, all out jam session. Come in your blacklight reflective gear (ex: white clothing, face paint, etc) and be ready to just jam out!
Dance Trance Jam - Dance Trance Jam is a non stop playlist that will incorporate jazz, funk, hip-hop, and other movements to the hottest music on and off the radio! No matter your level of dance experience, Dance Trance Jam is guaranteed to keep you moving and your heart pumping from start to finish!
No dance experience necessary at all! I will teach you the dance moves all while getting a fantastic cardio workout.
What is Dance Trance? DT is a choreographed dance fitness program that includes dance combinations and cardio moves to get you the most satisfaction possible from an intense workout.
You can tone and shape, build your cardiovascular endurance, and loose weight all while picking up “off the chain” dance moves! We place a high importance on getting a workout when choreographing routines, this definitely sets us aside from other dance programs. We consider our dance style more street dance and do not follow traditional dance standards or techniques. For that reason, students do not need to have a dance background, just determination and commitment to progress.
