Dance to Bond

We are pleased to offer “Dance to Bond” again this year with Maribel Flores! Maribel is an experienced instructor, trained in yoga, dance and movement. She won high praise from those who participated in last year’s program. Some said, “Great class, great instructor” and others said, “Maribel is just terrific, she really cares and gets everyone involved in moving and working together.”

Classes include parents, guardians and children (ages 4-12 years old) and combine dance, yoga and movement. Classes are offered on Wednesdays from July 10th to July 31st from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Mind-Builders Creative Arts Center.

Each session aims to create learning experiences in a safe, nonjudgmental, and nurturing environment. Workshops provide experiences that encourage and enable bonding and working together. Join us for this fun time!
