DANCE THERAPY = a new dance party series by @yodopemusic celebrating collective joy through dancing with others to all types of music 💃🏻🪩🕺🏽💽💫
We’re hard-launching on FRIDAY 10/24 with a Halloween, superheroes & supervillains-themed dance party! 🦸🏻‍♂️🦹🏼‍♀️⚔️🌟
- costumes = optional but highly encouraged
- dancing = REQUIRED
- music = all types that will make you dance (house, pop, hiphop, reggaeton, R&B, dancehall, kpop, disco & more)
- All 21+ are welcome, but culturally millennial and up
- $15 in advance, $20 at the door
So, why is this party called Dance Therapy? 🤔

- 2️⃣ Another 21-year longitudinal study of 469 older adults showed that dancing is the ONLY physical activity significantly linked to a reduced risk of dementia 🧠🔋
