Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Valid non expired ID is mandatory, 21 and over event
Does the person that made the reservation have to be there to be seated?
If there was a deposit made, the person that made the reservation must be there. If he/she is running late he/she must contact me to let me know it is okay for the guest to be seated.
Does all the guest have to be there to be seated?
There will be a 15min grace period for all reservations. At least half your party must be there to be seated. ID and a matching debit/credit card is needed for all reservations to be seated.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Street Parking and parking garages are in the area...Please arrive early to ensure parking.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You do not have to print your ticket. You can use your ticket confirmation that was sent to your email, with a smartphone or say your name at the door with proper ID
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds !!!
