Join us for an enchanting and liberating sunday morning ecstatic dance as we awaken with music and movement inside the beautiful Ballroom @ Court House Square.

Ecstatic dance is a freeform dance held in a safe and substance-free space. During the dance we follow these guidelines:

• BE FREE. DANCE HOW YOU WANT. RESPECT OTHERS. NO JUDGEMENT.
• BE PRESENT (no phones)
• EMBODIMENT (no conversations on the dance floor)
• CLEAR MIND (no intoxicants)
• BE CONSENSUAL (no unwanted dance or touch)
• GROUNDING (no outside shoes on the dance floor)

Wear comfortable clothes, expect to sweat, and bring a water bottle.

Sound Healing DJ Taylor Hadden guides a cosmic journey of mindbody and soul through atmospheric soundscapes, deep beats, and medicinal lyrics. Her sets offer expansive sound and energy intended to heal, elevate, and take the dancer through a polarizing emotive wave.

Taylor has opened direct support for An-Ten-Nae, and performed at Above & Beyond Group Therapy, Beyond Wonderland, Daybreaker, Bass Canyon, The Wounded Warrior Project & Pixie Dust Festival.
