Dance Temple is an open safe sacred space with cutting-edge world beat fusion/electronic dance music for you to freely express yourself. No facilitation, except for the amazing music!!
About this week's Dance:
This week's Dance Temple will guide you on a multi-genre movement journey curated to help you drop you into your body, clear your mind, open your heart and authentically express yourself.

This will also be a dance with the theme of celebration as it's Nicole's birthday. You can expect music that opens the heart and uplifts the soul!
About this week's host:
Nicole is a trauma informed Ecstatic Dance and Transformational Journey Facilitator. She’s shared dozens of movement, dance & embodiment journeys online and in-person at festivals around Alberta including She Is Wild, VibesTown, Freezer Burn, Bass Camp as well as ARCA & Back to Earth events.

Nicole’s on a mission to help you access your innate body wisdom and use movement as a tool for healing, transformation, empowerment and creation! As a resident DJ at Dance Temple Edmonton and Co-creator of Bass Camp Music Festival, sheis passionate about creating community through movement!
👉 Come dance, move, feel, express and celebrate in community.
We'll ride a musical wave and land safely together. Dance Temple is a supportive container where you can authentically be yourself and move freely, in a conversation free space.
The lights are turned down low and music is turned up loud so you can get lost in your dance!
