Join Pascale for a Dance Technique & Conditioning workshop followed by 2 hours of Salsa & Bachata Practica.
4-5pm - Dance Technique & Conditioning -
A solo class that focuses on spin technique and drills, body movement isolations and combinations, weight transfer drills, muscle activation and correct use, basic arm styling and much more! Applicable to most latin dance styles.
5-7pm - Salsa & Bachata Practica. We will play both styles for 2 hours and Pascale will be available for feedback and any questions you have.
